1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of concised.ai and the Concised service, platform, dashboard, APIs, edge configuration, documentation, and related features together, the “Service”.
The Service is provided by Concised (“Concised,” “Concised AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.
2. The Service
Concised helps website owners generate, maintain, and serve structured, AI-readable versions of their websites to AI crawlers, retrieval agents, and other automated readers. The Service may also provide:
- AI-readable page generation;
- edge routing and delivery;
- AI bot and crawler analytics;
- citation tracking;
- brand and competitor monitoring;
- AI visibility dashboards;
- configuration tools;
- reports, alerts, and related insights.
The Service may be delivered through a Cloudflare-edge or similar configuration installed in front of your existing website. When configured, Concised may help serve different versions of your website to human visitors and AI clients.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material changes that materially reduce existing paid functionality.
3. Accounts
You may need an account to use the Service. You agree to:
- provide accurate and complete account information;
- keep account information current;
- keep credentials secure;
- use reasonable security controls for your account;
- notify us promptly of unauthorized access; and
- remain responsible for activity under your account.
You may invite authorized users to your workspace or account. You are responsible for their use of the Service.
4. Customer website setup
You are responsible for the websites, domains, DNS settings, edge configuration, and other assets you connect to the Service.
You represent and warrant that:

- you will not intentionally route sensitive or regulated information through the Service unless your agreement with Concised expressly allows it; and
- you will provide legally adequate privacy notices and obtain any required consents for your own site visitors.
You are responsible for backing up your website, monitoring your configuration, and confirming that the Service operates as intended for your site.
5. Plans, fees, and billing
Some parts of the Service may be free. Others require a paid subscription or written order.
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan, billing period, and price presented at checkout, in an order form, or otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless otherwise stated:

6. Customer Content
“Customer Content” means content, data, materials, website pages, images, text, metadata, instructions, prompts, configuration, and other information you submit to, connect to, or make available through the Service.
You retain ownership of Customer Content.
You grant Concised a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, transform, display, analyze, and otherwise use Customer Content as necessary to:

As between you and Concised, you own Outputs derived from your Customer Content, excluding Concised’s underlying technology, software, models, systems, templates, know-how, methods, and pre-existing intellectual property.
You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before relying on them. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your intended use.
8. AI systems and no citation guarantee
Concised can help make your website easier for AI systems and automated readers to understand. However, we do not control third-party AI systems, search engines, crawlers, retrieval agents, or answer engines.
